EATALY Las Vegas at PARK MGM Grand Opening

EATALY opened their second West Coast location on Friday December 27th in Las Vegas, NV at Park MGM on the Las Vegas Strip. Hundreds of visitor lined up hours ahead of opening to be among the first to shop EATALY. Known as one of the premiere Italian markets, EATALY combines imported Italian goods along with fresh made-in-house food including pizzas and pastas. The concept is simple: Eat, Shop, and Learn. With two locations in New York and locations in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and an upcoming location in Toronto, EATALY is establishing themselves as a must stop destination. The executive chef of EATALY Las Vegas is Chef Nicole Brisson. 

EATALY North America uses a combination of fresh pasta machines including the Komby Pasta Sheeter/Ravioli Machine, the SousChef Pasta Extruder and a speciality Agnolotti/Plin machine. Select EATALY locations also use the Nina 250 Pasta Sheeter.
