F240 - PASTA SHEETER/LAMINATOR, RAVIOLI MAKER

The F240 is an automatic pasta sheeter/laminator that produces 240mm (9.4") sheets of pasta. The built-in 8kg mixer kneads the pasta dough and the F240 then laminates silky sheets of pasta. The sheets can be ran through the 120mm wide ravioli maker creating different ravioli shapes and sizes by changing the ravioli mould. The pasta sheets can also run through the built-in cutting cassettes cutting the pasta to the following widths:
-2mm Tagliolini
-4mm Trenette
-6mm Tagliatelle
-8mm Fettuccine.

The F240 produces 24kg/hr of pasta sheets or tagliatelle (cut pasta) and 40kg/hr of ravioli.

50mm x 50mm Square ravioli mould included. Additional ravioli shapes available separately.

This machine is currently fitted with Ruvida rollers which provide an artisanal rough texture which holds sauce better. Standard smooth rollers can be installed by request.
