The EC50 Pasta Dryer is one of the smallest commercial pasta dryers available. Accommodating 50 pasta drying trays, the EC50 utilizes advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology to allow the user to create up to 14 custom profiles in addition to a catalog of pre-loaded recipes. Pasta drying trays are wooden and can be ordered in aluminum. A modular design allows the dryer to be assembled in a short time with basic tools.
